Initial Contact

Fill in our short online form — it will only take a couple of minutes, we promise. One of our will get in contact to find out a little more about your situation and to discuss whether our assisted move is the right choice for you — no hard selling! If you decide you would like to explore the idea further we’ll arrange for at least one of our panel of buyers to get in touch.

Get a Valuation

Rather than give you a rough estimate, our panel of buyers will request a visit from upto 3 local estate agents at a time convenient to you. They will then give them an indication of what they think it will sell for, and how long it will take to sell in the current market. When valuing your property, they consider its condition, the recent sold prices of similar properties, local risks such as flooding and how much comparable properties are on the market for. We want our buyers to pay you as much as they can so that you’ll be happy to sell to them and help achieve your dream of purchasing a second home

Its offer time!

Once the valuations have been received back, we will discuss our offer with you. To confirm that the information provided is correct, we will also carry out our own research to ensure we can offer the best price possible to you.

Progressing Your Sale

If you choose to accept one of our panels formal offer, they will take care of the rest. We can recommend a solicitor from our panel of assisted move sale experts at no cost to you. Our panels specialist sales progression team will make sure that your house sale progresses in a timescale that suits you, be that 7 or 70 days — you’re in control!

Completion Day!

Our buyers will arrange the exchange of contracts and sale completion on dates that are convenient for you. We'll transfer the funds for your property to your solicitor, who will pay off any outstanding mortgage balance then pay the remaining cash into your bank account. Once you’ve handed over your keys, the sale is complete!

This then frees you up to make whatever onward purchase you require.


PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MAJORITY OF SECOND HOMES THAT WE HAVE FOR SALE ARE NOT RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES AND AS SUCH ANOTHER ADDRESS WILL STILL BE REQUIRED.


WE STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO CHECK WITH THE PARK OR DEVELOPER OF THE SECOND HOME YOU ARE PURCHASING WITH REGARDS TO ITS LICENCE CONDITIONS.


SECOND HOMES ARE EXACTLY THAT, A SECOND HOME AND THE MAJORITY CANNOT BE USED AS A SOLE OR MAIN RESIDENCE.


BY USING OUR ASSISTED MOVE SCHEME YOU ACCEPT THAT BOWLAND PROPERTIES ARE IN NO WAY ASSISTING YOU IN A SALE OR SUBSEQUENT PURCHASE THAT WOULD BREACH THE LICENCE CONDITIONS. 

ANY ONWARD PURCHASE MUST BE USED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SET LICENCE CONDITIONS AND BOWLAND PROPERTIES ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY SHOULD AN ISSUE ARRISE.


FAILURE TO MAINTAIN A SOLE OR MAIN RESIDENCY MAY BE A BREACH OF YOUR AGREEMENT WITH YOUR SECOND HOME PROVIDER AND COULD RESULT IN THE TERMINATION OF YOUR AGREEMENT AND YOU BEING UNABLE TO USE YOUR SECOND HOME.
